CHANGE THROUGH MEDIATION
The purpose of this book is primarily to give an insight into various sensitive issues involved in facilitating disputing parties in resolving disputes through mediation. However the issues identified and discussed in this book are not exhaustive. The suggested techniques may not yield the desired results in all mediations. The main intention is to make the readers have a feeling of dimensions of dispute from various angles. An effort is made to understand the probable thinking patterns of the disputing parties and the expectations of the disputing parties to listen to their pain before addressing their claims. It is also to persuade the mediators to consider that much more is expected of them. It is an effort to further strengthen the mediators in performing their role as facilitators in the resolution of disputes.
