This book is aimed to fulfill the curriculum of law syllabus.

This book, titled “Legal Method, Legal English and Legal Writing”, is divided into three sections as per its title.

The portion of Legal Method has covered the basic understanding of law and relevant statutes. It has covered the jurisprudence, administrative law, constitutional law, different judicial and legal systems, hierarchy of courts, commercial laws, family laws, civil and criminal procedural laws, etc. A gist of Law of Torts and Indian Penal Code is also given. Moreover different intellectual property rights, cyber law, telecommunication law, environmental law etc. given in this book in concise and compact form and in lucid language so that the students can easily understand these topics.

In the section of Legal Language, the authors have discussed different technicalities of legal english. It contains important Legal Maxims and Legal Glossaries. Different forms of writings like precis, comprehension, essay and translation writing are also incorporated here.

In the section of Legal Writing, students will get to know about different aspects of legal research like research methodology, legal materials, usage of library, e-resources in their work etc. This book contains the guidelines for legal analysis along with few landmark cases. In this book, authors have explained rules of different modes of legal citation in lucid manner.

At the end of each and every chapter multiple-choice questions are given which is very helpful for the students to face exams including AIBE.
