A national movement refers to a social, political, and/or cultural campaign or effort to achieve some form of national
self-determination, unity, or autonomy. This can take many forms, but it is generally characterized by the mobilization of a
significant portion of the population of a particular nation or ethnic group, who come together to achieve a common goal or set of goals.
