This book contains entirely new set of rules entitling "The Tamil Nadu Combined Development and Building Rules 2019" for buildings in Tamil Nadu which came into effect as per G.O. (Ms) No. 18 dated 04.02.2019.
Under these rules, the Government of Tamil Nadu revised and re-issued various existed Building Rules under various Acts for Corporations, Municipalities, Town Panchayats and Village Panchayats and Development Rules / Regulations issued under the Tamil Nadu Town & Country Planning Act 1971.
In nutshell, we can say it is a single piece of legislation by the Government of Tamil Nadu to regulate the building construction.
A very useful compilation for Engineers, Building Contractors, BDOs, Town Planning Office and Authorities etc. All Forms to be submitted to various authorities to get various permissions have been given.
