The Fundamental Rules applicable to the employees of the Tamil Nadu State Government contain 130 rules. They are similar to that of fundamental rules applicable to the employees of Central Government.
This book gives those rules with rulings, note and explanations thereunder by way of amendments issued from time to time by the State Government, the executive instructions, interpretation and illustrations together with decided case laws.
To facilitate easy reading, its Author Mr. K.Krishnakumar, a retired Deputy Secretary to Government of Tamil Nadu and an Advocate, High Court has incorporated the revised PAY RULES 2017 based on the seventh Pay Commission Report and the Tamil Nadu Leave Rules 1933 in this book.
