The Tamil Nadu Revenue Recovery Act, 1864 with Case Laws, Standing Orders, Regulations (Amendments Updated)

This is the Fifth Edition of the book titled "The Tamil Nadu Revenue Recovery Act, 1864'' (Tamil Nadu Act II of 1864). This is an old Act enacted before more than one hundred and fifty years ago ans saw few amendments in its time. Recently, a new section "Section 25A.- Service of Notice in the case of Militiary Personnel", has been added after Section 25.

Earlier, in "The Tamil Nadu Revenue Recovery (Military Proprietors) Regulation, 1817 (VIII of 1817) [provided as Annexture in the book], Regulations 1 to 8 were repealed by Central Act X of 1861. Presently, the entire regulation has been repealed by Tamil Nadu Act 29 of 2018 with effect from 13th July, 2018. The above mentioned amendments have been incorporated in this Edition.
