This book deals with 'Duties and Responsibilities of Investigator' with special reference to Cases of Rape and Homicide. Further, this book contains several relevant provisions of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and the Indian Evidence Act, 1872.
